History
Bud Haney and Jim Sirbasku founded Profiles International in March 1991. It was founded on the idea that in all companies and organizations, people are the most important asset.
Profiles International started business with a few assessments licensed from another company, but work began immediately on research and development that has led to the comprehensive suite of occupational assessment products the company offers today.
In the years since then, nearly one thousand individuals have joined the Profiles International team. Several million people have taken the assessments. Profiles International human resource management assessments are used throughout the United States and in over 100 other nations around the globe.
Profiles International is headquartered in Waco, Texas and has offices around the world.
